Presentation guideline
Each presentation slot lasts 20 minutes, with 15 minutes allocated for the presentation and 5 minutes for audience questions.
Every session room will have a projector and a Windows 10 computer with Adobe Reader for regular presentations. If you prefer to use your own computer, please arrive 5 minutes early (during the break) to test its compatibility with the projector. Standard HDMI cables (and D-SUB cables upon request) will be provided.
Please use a USB memory stick to upload your presentations. Files can be uploaded to the local computers in the lecture rooms during the breaks between sessions. To avoid software compatibility issues, it is recommended to save presentations as PDF files.
Speakers should arrive in their session room 5 minutes before the session starts to check in with the chair. Technical assistance will be available if needed.
