Registration policy and upload limit
The workshop policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper must have paid the registration fee for final paper upload. One registration can be used to upload only „one” contribution. Additional uploads will require a pre-payment of 150 EUR (this fee has to be added when you register). If you are an author or co-author of a single contribution, your registration cannot be shared or used for uploading someone else’s contribution.
In addition, please note that all papers are limited to six (6) pages. However, if you would like to submit a manuscript up to eight (8) pages in length, each page above the limit of six pages will require a pre-payment of an overlength fee of 35 EUR. This fee has to be added when you register.
Note that registration for the conference closes on May 31, 2019.
Please fill registration form attached below, sign it and send it via e-mail to piotr.mieszala@put.poznan.pl.
Romoco’19 Workshop Registration Form
Registration should be made via this registration form independently of the PaperPlaza system. Once we have received your registration and payment (you will be informed about it via e-mail) you will be able to upload your paper to the PaperPlaza system.
Deadline
Electronic submission of the final version of your manuscript is due by May 31, 2019 through PaperPlaza. The final submission process also requires that you update the abstract and make any change in the author list and title of the paper before uploading. Any author not indicated on the submission site will not be included in the final program of the conference. If your paper has multiple authors, please make sure you have added all authors using their individual PINs.
At the time of final submission you will need to submit a separate file containing a single slide summarizing your paper for the conference digest. You must prepare this slide using the template available below.
Paper format
The final manuscript must meet IEEE XPlore PDF compliance. For templates and style files please see
(La)TEX Template or MS Word Template.
All papers must be submitted in US Letter format. DO NOT put headers/footers/page numbers on your paper. Additionally, it is critical that page margins be strictly observed.
